Molly, Lindsey, Bethany, Dirk, and Chris are so helpful and enthusiastic. They run an incredible gym and give me so much support. There are rarely more than a half dozen people there at one time (the place is open 24/7) so you never have to wait for machines. the people who workout here are at all levels. I weigh 300+ pounds (have lost a couple dozen pounds since I started in April) and I feel totally accepted. At the same time, there are some older adults working on balance, and some young guys and gals who are living heavy weights. It all just works. I think that is because the staff is so committed to running the best gym in town and have created a welcoming, professional environment with abundant support for all. I will be a member as long as I live in Toledo. By the way, memberships are month to month so you are never tied into a contract.
