I completely agree. I've tried to call 3 times in the past few days and I have yet to receive a call. When I spoke to them a few weeks ago they told me I had to pay them by April 30th. And I told them I did not have the money at that point to pay them. I have it now and cannot get a hold of anyone at that office. They are charging me for a fitness membership that only took the money out of my account 2 months and Current Credit is charging me for being 6 months behind. I do not believe this is right. I have always made sure the money was in the account to be taken out and other than 2 months it has never been taken out.
