Anyone who thinks this is good internet has never left Toledo. Way over priced and usage caps are BS. (ATT / Verizon still worse only bc they try to kill net neutrality)

Buckeye is getting horrible. Point blank period. Their customer service is even worse especially with supervisors! I signed up for extra Internet usage for the month and they didn't add it and are charging me A LOT more money for it. It's their mistake. Over 12 yrs w/them and they are losing me be can of it!

Lack of valid competition can lead one to wonder if some of the package prices could be lower. Best in town for many services, and the prices are not too bad.

Go to Buckeye and get all of your needs met for one low price. Cable TV, cable internet and phone in a bundle and save a bundle. They have top notch customer service something you won't find with satelite TV. If your needs change they change with you.Rarely have I ever experienced an outage. 5 stars
