Hairstylists are great as well as all other staff I've come in contact with. I find it a pleasure to go there, because of the relaxing atmosphere. Other places I've been too are too rushed with the client and present a "stuffy" kind of atmosphere. Always friendly and professional whether I speak to them on the phone or in person.

I highly recommend this salon and hope the last reviewer will reconsider her opinion. This salon is clean, the staff is friendly and the pampering is divine!!! I had a massage, facial and a pedicure to prepare for my wedding and could not have asked for better service. The stylist who did my updo on my special day was friendly and looked after my needs. No complaints from this newlywed!!!!!

I made an appointment with them in April to do my wedding, myself and party, in August. They cancelled my appointments in July one month before my wedding because the stylist had scheduled her vaction for that day and the salon was going to be closed! When I contacted the owner and asked how they could cancel someone's wedding, she offered another stylist (why didn't they offer this in the first place?). When I informed her that I was told that Elizabeth was the only one who could do an "Updo", she informed me I needed to find another salon to do my hair. Thurmont is a very small town, all the other stylists are busy! The business' lack of concern for their commitment is disconcerting. I wouldn't trust them with anything that matters, especially your wedding! Some business!
