If I could give ZEROOO stars I would!!!! My daughter started here when she was 8 months old. We loved her original two teachers she had; however, I was asked by the owner Amanda if my daughter could be moved into a classroom with 1yr olds and older so she had more room to play. It was so they could move more babies into the place which meant more money for them. After moving in that classroom there was nothing but problems. My daughter was bit twice in two weeks by an older child in her class. Once on the arm and the second time in the face! Both times she had teeth marks left on her for more than one day. According to the owner and this daycare biting is acceptable behavior. Yes we understand things happen, but when the owner said acceptable and happens daily and would not do anything to fix the problem we had an issue. We brought the second incident to her attention and we were concerned with our daughter being a baby and getting bit. She did not like being confronted about the situation and told us that day our daughter was no longer to return and we could pack her things and leave!! But let the biter remain in the daycare. She told us this is the best daycare there is all other places will lie to you. We already payed for the entire month and she refused to refund us the full amount. Til this day she would not return my final email about the amount of money she owed us, about $170. Our daughter should have never been in that classroom or sleeping on a cot off the floor when she was under 1 yr old. Besides this, every week she had some type of sickness fevers, colds, viruses, double pink eye, projectile vomiting, hand foot and mouth, etc. Everyday picking her up she had dry food all over her hair, face, runny nose they would never help her wipe or clean her up, clothes looking a mess and missing socks everyday, I even picked her before and she was sitting in the high chair covered in poop. It disgusts me how she was cared for. They only let you bring cold food for your child and will not warm it up. This place looks like the best & most expensive, but it is NOT a good place. They have also had lice for months there and it is not addressed and disregarded. Our daughter had about 5 different teachers within the 4 months of her attending here....hmmm I wonder why...? Because they all quit!

Temple, TX Review Date: 06/08/2011 This is, by far, the worst and most expensive day care you can take your child / children to. I am very close to a "teacher" who works there, i know the corruption going on behind closed doors and our children are not tended to as needed. The management is horrible, all smiles and delights when you first enter, but nothing but trash talking and lazieness once you leave your child in their hands. Dont bother working there either, if you have desires to advance you will be fired, and or laughed at. There are many other child care facilities in and around temple/ Belton area, and for the money you are paying here its not worth it. only 1 person in that school is able to be a teacher, and no one there bothers to try and teach the children anything. If your child is sick, thorwing up, fever etc.. you will not be notified until you come to pick them up. Your child will be poorly watched over, 16 kids to 1 teacher just is not enough attention for any child. As I understand, State labor board is investigating events that have taken place there currently. Your children are of no concern to the management, if a teacher brings up a issue to the director, Amanda Winkler, it will be blown off as unimportant. I can go on forever from first hand experiences and knowladge of the wrong doings in this place.
