first class service, fixed right the first time, had the parts in stock, why go somewhere else that won't have the parts

What a bunch of rude jerks! Worst customer service I've ever had. If it makes you happy to get treated like a second class citizen, then go ahead and go here. I only give one star because I can't give zero.

The 2 people running this sad excuse of a business were the rudest people I have ever came across, they both were short with me and seemed to belive they knew everything about my equipment when they wouldn't even let me finish the sentence of the problem I was having. The boy in there acts like he is on some kind of power trip with roid rage but sounds like a little girl. The place looks like some kind of back yard hack job silly pipe dream idea of a hick mechanic. Thankfuly te boys at "kool radiator" were able to fix my problem and I have had no issue with the work they have done. If you read this just go into it keeping in mind southpointe employee's act like children.

gordon morrison He has never purchased anything. Customer became argumentative because I wouldn't pay his canadian import/VAT tax, and withdrew his order. Any taxes imposed by another country are the responsibility of the final purchaser.
