RBE is a premier civil and structural/seismic consulting engineering firm. Our professional services cover residential, commercial, and industrial projects, mixed use buildings, multiple and single family dwellings, residential as well as commercial remodels, tenant improvements, and seismic upgrades and retrofits. Our firm prides itself with excellence in the provision of high quality professional services and accurate comprehensive coordinated designs with special attention to details that will help ease and streamline constructability. We communicate and coordinate regularly and as required with the Client, the Architect, the various Discipline Engineers, local jurisdictions building department officials, the Construction Contractor and other concerned stakeholders throughout the various phases of the project with the goals of proactively applying quality assurance and quality control procedures, regularly stressing the importance of safety, and always meeting the Client's expectations for the Project's schedule, budget, and quality.
