Our dog was dying and we were not notified about this once we took her to this vet. We were charged 650$ for medication and she died less than a week after taking them! After we returned to the vet, Dr. Londono said she could have had cancer!! Why weren't we told about this!? If I knew she had a fatal disease I wouldn't pay nearly 700$ for medication! So sad with their service...

Good care, but kinda pricey.

I really like the vet, but the prices seem high.

Yesterday I took my Yorkie to new groomer recommended by two friends.

My dog was squinting and could barely keep eyes open and vet office was closed. My vet was "not in office today" (something I am way over now!). We could not wait for tommorrow....

My dad used to take our dogs to this office many years ago and my daughter's boss currently uses this office. I was amazed that Dr. Chambless was still working! I waited less time than when I make regular vet appointments and very thorough exam and treatment was provided. Roxy suffered corneal ulcers in both eyes, (likely from groomers chemicals in dip). She got meds, drops and is now comfortable. I appreciated fact that they gave me option to buy collar if needed and did not push one on me. Since I had a corneal ulcer last year myself and it was worse pain in my life, I appreciate the fact that I could get her seen immediately and will be coming here in the future. I found prices comparable with what I have been paying. It turned out great for me!!! Everyone was very professional and pleasant too! I will be back.

The reason I gave one star is ...

The reason I gave one star is because I was not allowed to give 0 stars. My girlfriend got me a Doberman puppy for Christmas, so we now have two little guys. She had been going to this vet for a long time and recently we took our Chihuahau, his nail ripped off and was bleeding. For our emergency visit, A. they took forever once we got there, B. they it cost us over $200 dollars. The same procedure at the Humane society would have been half that.

During the visit they we told the vet we were getting a puppy, she said that she had owned, breed, showed, and performed the procedure of cropping their ears but it had been some time. She agreed to help us with the follow up work on the process. Once we got to this A. we had to call her 4 times to get any type or response B. she is charging more than 3 times what the specialist charges and a doctor’s visit, each time. They are rude and make you wait, charge you ridiculous amount.

So a specialist that people drive from different states to come see, in the middle of nowhere, that does 1000’s of follow up visits per year charges $23 per follow up, now these locale people that don’t do this procedure want to charge $110 dollars for the same 5 minute procedure.

REALLY! I will never take any of my pets there ever again. The Humane Society is the place to go,!
