I have visited my fair share of chiropractors and have witnessed first hand the variety of treatment that a patient can receive. That being said, Dr. Oleston is top notch. She genuinely listens to your concerns, asks questions and does a phenomenal job educating her patients about what might be going on in their bodies that is contributing to their pain or problem. She also makes her patients an active part of their treatment, providing stretches and suggestions to try in between visits for relief. I appreciate her holistic mindset towards health and the time she spends with her patients, not only providing relief but also education and empowerment.

I used to get headaches like clockwork every weekend. Nothing debilitating, but enough of a dull throb to throw me off and prevent me from really enjoying my free time. My dad used to have the same issue before he retired, so I figured it was hereditary and resigned myself to living with it. These headaches were exacerbated by my long (3 to 4 hour) weekend bike rides. At Dr. Oleston’s suggestion, I began receiving weekly adjustments on Mondays to compliment my weekend workouts. After two or three adjustments, I was headache free, and I’ve noticed an improvement in my performance on the bike.
