I highly recommend this company. They excel in both service, and communication; I find them very ethical.. I'm in Commercial Real Estate, and I've used them for many years at my commercial properties and have switched most of my contracts over to them because of my complete trust in their work. They are not the cheapest, but neither do they recommend repairs for the sake of it. I've used cheaper vendors in the past, but usually regret it in the end.

Avoid this company at all cost. MCS charged me almost $2,200 for AC repair. I used them because my landlord prefer them. They sent a tech to repair my restaurant's AC on Friday July 29. The tech repaired the AC and confirmed that the AC was working fine but it was not cooling at all. I called and they sent another tech on Saturday July 30 and charged me overtime for after hours service. That's fine; however, the tech only repaired the AC for an hour but they charged me for 5 hours service at $202.50/hour! because the tech lives in Lacey and my restaurant is in Ballard so the traveling time was 4 hours!! I paid over a thousand dollars on that day and, you know what, AC was still not cooling!! They sent another tech on Monday and he finally figured out what's wrong. They took 3 times to figure out what's wrong, never gave me a quote and never guarantee their work. They will send their techs until they figure out what's wrong and charge you for those hours. Bad and unethical business!!
