I have a close friend and these guys threatened him so that his wife is in a hospital now! It's terrible! This is unbelievable and totally unacceptable! He owns a newest Escalade and brought the vehicle to this Larson Cadillac Service for a repair. They haven't finished the job yet, but demand a loaner car back to their site. The thing is that my friend has 6 children and up to 8 persons can fit in his Escalade. But these guys gave him a loaner car with a capacity of only 4 passengers! He asks me all the time to help him with my car because the loaner one is too small to fit all his children. So they call him, scream at him and threat him with the police because they want a loaner car back before the repair job is done. What? How come is this possible? I'm totally shocked and would never ever recommend this place to anyone!

Service after the sale is outstanding, I have never had to wait very long to get an appointment or to get my Hummer serviced. No hassle with warranty services they even got me into a loner car within a few minutes of my arrival when it was apparent my Hummer was not going to be fixed that day. Their Service will influence my next car or truck purchase.
