This is the worst place I've ever been to. The staff is rude and the service is awful. Run don't walk away from this place. I was so disgusted by the whole experience I asked to speak with the manager and was told nobody in here has a boss. Maybe that's the problem. Please don't waste your time or money with this awful place.

While the technicians at this salon know their craft, the customer service experience is lacking. The cleanliness of the store is also lacking although they did open a new store which I assume is cleaner. I used to go here often but soon realized I was not being treated as a customer should so I stopped spending my money on nails and generous tips and doing my own nails now.

They took their time and did a great job on pedicure and manicure Best job and I get one done at least a month. Even did a great job on flower on big toe. Love it. Will go their every time I;m at my daughters. I live in FL and come up for summer.Sharon Hurd.

convenient for me coz they are across from my grocery store and they took me right in and greeted me and did a good job on my nails. however, they put me under the nail dryer and didnt tell me how long i'll be there for...no timer etc. so i sat there for almost 15 min with my nails under the dryer and only when another of the employers came out i asked her if im done and she said yes and i paid. that was the only thing i didnt like about it but otherwise im making this my new nails salon place to go to from now on!
