He was on time, it was a call-as-you-go appt anyway. The guys from Collins Construction LLC called immediately before and was on-time for both the estimate appointment and the work. He hauled off the old concrete and maintained the integrity of my property while he was here. I dont have any problems with his work. I would recommend him to my friends.
