A spinal manipulation administered by the chiropractor is the most common way to relieves restriction of movement and it will restore the once misaligned bones that make up the vertebrae. A series of these manual spinal manipulations will indeed play a large role in treating sciatica with chiropractic therapy. The art of massage will also play a part in the chiropractic treatment plan of a patient suffering with sciatica.
