1. When you need to find a business that can provide any one of thousands of included services, our SuperGuarantee will cover the participating businesses! And our online yellow pages at Superpages.com® plus our print Yellow Pages are the places to do your searching.
2. How do you know if a business is backed by our consumer guarantee? They are easy to spot with our SuperGuarantee gold shield on their specially marked ads at Superpages.com, or in Idearc's print Yellow Pages** or in SuperpagesDirect™ direct mail advertising.
3. Register your service appointment online with SuperGuarantee for FREE and you’re covered. Services done right or we’ll make it right*.

We can’t endorse or recommend any particular service provider with this guarantee but when you do business with a participating SuperGuarantee business, and you register your service appointment before the service is provided, you’re covered. In the unlikely event that you have a problem with the service, we will help you resolve the issue or reimburse you up to $500 of any amounts paid to the provider for the labor portion of the services provided.
