Restrictions apply. The SuperGuarantee Program is governed by the SuperGuarantee Program
Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully for complete Program information.

Q: What is the SuperGuarantee®?
A: The SuperGuarantee Program will help you gain peace of mind when hiring a service provider by using a participating SuperGuarantee business found in SuperMedia's print Yellow Pages, SuperpagesDirect® or at Superpages.com®. Register your service in advance and in the unlikely event you have a problem with the provider, we will help you resolve the issue or reimburse you up to $500 of any amounts paid to the provider for the labor portion of the services provided. For a complete description of the SuperGuarantee program and applicable rules, please see the Terms and Conditions.
Q: Are you endorsing or recommending the service providers who participate in the SuperGuarantee® Program?
A: No. We do not endorse or recommend any service provider.
Q: Is the SuperGuarantee® really free?
A: Yes. Taking advantage of the SuperGuarantee Program is totally free. Just select a participating SuperGuarantee business and register your service appointment before the service is provided. (Certain restrictions and requirements apply, including the need for a written contract between you and the SuperGuarantee business or a detailed invoice if the provider does not typically use contracts. The contract or invoice must describe the services performed and separately list the price for labor. Please see the Terms and Conditions for additional requirements and other details.)
Q: Where can I find a list of participating businesses in my area?
A: Look for businesses that qualify for this Program by identifying businesses with the SuperGuarantee® shield online at Superpages.com® and in SuperpagesDirect® card packs and specially marked ads in your SuperMedia print Yellow Pages. Begin searching for SuperGuarantee businesses in your area now.
Q: Are products covered by the SuperGuarantee®?
A: The SuperGuarantee program does not cover products. It covers selected services performed by participating businesses. You can find a sample list of the services covered by the SuperGuarantee here. Other restrictions apply. See the Terms and Conditions.
Q: Do I have to register every time I use the SuperGuarantee®?
A: Yes. To be covered by the SuperGuarantee Program, each service must be registered as a separate and distinct event. But once you have opened a SuperGuarantee user account, your personal information will be saved for your convenience.
Q: How many service events can I register?
A: There is no limit to the number of service events you may register.
Q: Can I register for an appointment after it occurs?
A: To qualify for the SuperGuarantee® Program, you must complete a service registration before the appointment. But SuperMedia knows that sometimes emergencies require services that can't be planned ahead. On a case-by-case basis, we will permit you to register an appointment for emergency services;
however, such registration must be completed within 24 hours of the start date of the emergency services. Based on the information you provide, it is SuperMedia's sole decision whether or not to permit the registration.
Q: What if I register an appointment but don't have the work done?
A: You don't have to do anything if you decide NOT to have a service provided. The appointment registration will expire 90 days after it was submitted. If you prefer, you can delete the service event by clicking the "delete" button.
Q: How do I register a claim?
A: You may report service problems by clicking on the "File a claim" link within your event record. You'll find a list of service events by clicking My Account and logging in.
Q: How long do I have to register a claim?
A: You have up to 30 days after the scheduled estimated completion date of the service (listed in your service registration) to file a claim or 90 days from the date of your service registration, whichever is earlier.
