202 Collision was recommended to me years ago as being the best in the business, but they are not. In 2005 I collided with a deer and based on those recommendations, I took my 1 year old vehicle to them to repair the front end damage, involving one front headlamp and surrounding area. I had comprehensive insurance with a deductible and they made the most of it charging as much as they could to my insurance company. When finished, it looked perfect to me, so I filed away the bill with my deductible payment for my tax accountant. Fast Forward: I went to sell the car 9 years later in 2014 and forgot to disclose the incident as it did not appear on the Carfax report and I did not keep the paperwork in the folder with other repair record. The buyer complained (after the sale) that he tried to change the headlamp but couldn't because of the poor body work job that was done and he wanted to know who did it. I was shocked and didn't know what to say to him. Be very careful because the poor job that these guys did on my car, did not manifest until someone tried to change the headlamp. Just because it looks good does not mean it was done right. They are very, very shady, and I will not ever use them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

I have used two other auto body shops in Suffern before I came to use 202. Twelve years later I wouldn't use any one else. Ken Paul really is an artist.
