I've known Rich for quite a few years now and never had accidents myself but people sure like to hit my vehicles. First was a 2000 Excursion and kids turned left in front of me and wiped out the whole front of my truck he fixed it great and promptly. Bought a beautiful Chrysler 300 DUB and got rear ended by someone once again Rich did his thing and had everything done exceptionally. Chrysler got side swiped then by another person and Rich handled this one also. Now I've recently purchased my 2017 Jeep Compass I love her she is so cute all 4 kids are grown and drive now, so I haven't been carting them around any more and went smaller and more gas efficient Rich doesn't like my eyelashes on it to much but when the girl rear ended me he fixed her bumper up just like new! Quality work. My 2004 Hyundai Sante Fe needed a back panel, a new bumper, light, and quite a few other parts. Rich worked really well with my insurance company who estimated the car with used parts up to the point of totaling it. He saved my car, the panel and bumper are beautiful now, the paint job is flawless, the work quality is excellent. Cause the job was bigger it took longer than anticipated but it was worth the wait. I would recommend.

Many people recommended we use Pocono Motion and we are glad they did. Pocono Motion did a great job on our Jeep Commander. They went over the car to make sure nothing was missed in the original estimate by our insurance company. They kept us updated on how the work was progressing. The car looks and runs great which was a concern considering the car had over $7,000 in damages. On top of everything else when they found an envelope with $200 in it, (my son did not realize he had left it in the car at the time of the accident), it was returned to us. Rich at Pocono Motion saved me today. I needed an alternator for my Honda Accord. I called a number of places and was quoted $300 or more from each of them and was told the work would probably not be done today because no one had an alternator in stock (not even the Honda dealership) I spoke to Rich at 8:30am and it's now 3pm and my car is repaired and it cost me half of what the other shops were quoting me. I can't thank Rich and his employees enough. They saved me today.

Pocono Motion did a professional job on my Honda Accord that had extensive damage due to a tree falling on it. All repairs were done and my car looks brand new!!! Rich Banks even made arrangements for a rental car so I wouldn't be inconvienced. I would highly recommend anyone bringing their car to Pocono Motion.
