I rarely write reviews even when I receive poor service, but my experience with this "company" was sooo bad I felt compelled to write a review. First, the technician assigned by the home warranty company took a while to make contact to schedule the inspection appointment. Second, when I called the office the "receptionist" had an attitude and was simply rude. My request that the technician contact me regarding their inspection, quote or work was ignored and the technician failed to make contact. I had to call again, more than once, only to finally get the same rude recptionist. She exuded annoyance when I asked simple straight-forward questions about the diagnosis, quote or work performed. I'd never use this company again via home warranty or otherwise.

Terrible terrible service and extremely unprofessional. We were referred to use this company through Home Warranty Company.
The technician was incompetent and rude. They installed a brand new motor incorrectly and ruined it.
The tech actually said he forgot to write down our appointment and then he told me to not ask him any questions. The unit ended up needing to be completely replaced and I asked him for the quote and he actually told me to not ask him any questions and to just talk to my HWA. I Ended up just requesting a cash out from HWA and paid a different company to do the installation. They are terribly rude and have no idea what they're doing.

I called my home warranty to get my a/c fixed. They referred me to this place. They came out and saw that my daughters dog had chewed the wiring outside for my a/c. They told me it’s not covered and I asked if they could still fix it and I would pay for it. The technician told me yes and he would call me the next day to set up appointment. He was in a hurry to leave. He was only at my home for 5 minutes. No phone call the next day so I called them around 3 pm. It was a Friday. The person who answered the phone told me he would be there the next morning between 8 and 9 am. I asked him if he was correct about coming out on a Saturday. He told me yes. Next morning on my Saturday I get up early to make sure I’m awake for when they arrive. I called at 9 am. No answer. They never showed up and never returned my call. Horrible experience. Do not waste you’re time with them. Completely unprofessional

We were assigned this company by our home warr. They didn't call we had to call them to schedule an appointment then had to call the warranty company because they never called back. When they finally did come out over an hour late and only after I called them to find out what was happening the tech was rude and when I questioned the work that he did his response was "why didn't you fix it then" 2 hours after he left called warranty company because A/C was not woking at all so now I am stuck waiting again for a phone call I know I won't get

We were Assigned Garcia’ heating & air conditioning thru our home warranty co. when our A/C went out. I was told he would be out this Thursday when I called to confirm the app. He told me he didn’t have time and will come out Friday (next day) between 1-4. Got a call from Garcia’ HVAC on the Friday he is supposed to be out telling us that he has no time to come out, he doesn’t know when he will be out to look at our AC and that he is not God. Incredibly rude, un-professional and lack of Empathy when I have a sick family member and a child at home with no A/C. this company does not deserve any kind of star rating. I would not recommend this company to anyone not even my worst enemy.
