First time at this shop. Ronnie did my tattoo and besides the fact that he is ADORABLE! He is also friendly,smart and efficient. Comfortable, clean and friendly shop. Stephanie did my cousins tat matching mine and she did great! We love them! I will continue to get work done at Firehouse from now on!

Denny always does an amazing job, but this time he really out-did himself.

Denny is awesome - he took my picture and made it ten times better than I expected. The intricacy of the design is incredible. This is now my best tat, and I got it in hopes of covering up an old one I didn't like.

Just went to Denny last month to have an old tattoo covered. He did a great job, very professional and exceeded my expectations. He worked with me to get my tattoo exactly right, drew up several drawings and tweaked them until I had just what I wanted, also offered free touch-ups. It's obvious that he takes pride in his work and strives to do the best job possible. I'm very grateful!

Tim and Tony are the best artists that I have seen. Tony has done 2 out of my 10 tattoos and Tim has done 5 out of my 10. I am currently getting a full back piece from Tim. I wouldnt trust to go anywhere else. They make you feel comfortable and relaxed, which is the state you need to be in to get a tattoo. I tell everyone I know to go there. I believe I have already referred about 10 people to this location and they have had no complaints. They love the work. I will continue to refer to FireHouse as well as get more work done. They love their customers and you can feel that when you walk through the door.

I currently have 5 tattoos in which I have received at 5 different shops. Firehouse Tattoo is defiantly my all time favorite!

These guys do really good quality work and for a really good price. The atmosphere at the shop is also very upbeat, you can't help but laugh and have a good time. There is a reason they are always booked!! I have more tattoos planned, including a cover-up done by one of the other shops; I will for sure be going back here!!!

I have had tattoos done in many different shops in Madison. The last 2 pieces I had done by Tim were perfect. I also had my cover up done at this shop and the horrible line work I got from a different shop is not invisable. I wouldn't go to any other tattoo shop in WI. I have the best line work, shading and best care from this shop. There is a reason why they are booked solid.

I can't believe the deal I got!! Tony did a great job. I am very happy with the work and I can't believe the price. Very clean shop.
