I gave them a two, the floor was the color and wood type we selected, it was not the product we were told it was, We were very specific in wanting a engineered wood made in the USA, not in China, and we did not want a pressed filler between the top and bottom wood layer. We were told it was USA made, and 100% wood, half way thru the install after they had left for the day, we noticed the box said made in China, upon looking at the wood, it was in fact the wood we were told in the store that was USA made. We also noticed this was a veneer top and bottom sandwiched over a pressed fiber filler. Not an actual 100% multi layer of wood product. Let me say, they were really nice people, the crew is the best you could ask for, but to be lied to, misled about the product. We checked the transitions they used, they to are fiber and not wood. We would never do business there again based on the ethics of the sales people and the office person that said yes that is USA made and 100% wood . Beware!

I would give 0 stars if that were possible. The crew damaged my trim and molding, covered up my crawl-space access, used my new dyson vacuum cleaner to clean up carpet fibers thus damaging the motor because they did not have enough sense to empty the cannister. Then they refused to take responsibility, they told me they have thier own vacuums; but that they do not normally clean up after laying carpet and I should not have left my vacuum cleaner there (at my house, in a room where carpet was not being layed)and they were just trying to help me. They accused me of "just wanting money".
