      The Washington County Public Works Department maintains a more than 900,000- square-foot facility. Its transportation division provides engineering, traffic control and fleet maintenance services. The department s survey section prepares parcel data; reviews plants and applications for the registration of title and boundaries; and administers county s uniform street naming and numbering system for participating municipalities The Washington County Public Works Department s land management division works in compliance with zoning, subdivision, mining and floodplain regulations and advisory commissions, as well as offers planning services. Its park section provides opportunities for visitors to participate in various activities, such as camping, swimming, picnicking and fishing. The Washington County Public Works Department has a location in Stillwater, Minn.
