Worst job experience i have ever had !! Manager Kristen is a yappy impolite rude B word with no idea how to treat her employees with respect ...yelling at certain employees in front of stsff and customers...letting other employees sleep,in their cars or sleep away there full shift with a call ONLY TEXT when she told me that calling in with a text wasnt sufficient...Had enough of her b.s. and walked out and quit today after being told i had a horrible attitude...ummm maybe if you didnt pick favorites, followed Arbys training procedures...and werent a mean drill sergeant..thinking your the shit cause you got your job ...the easy way...i would have one ounce of respect for you but that store is sad because Kristen doesnt know how to manage people....total B word ..NEVER EATTING AT AN ARBYS AGAIN!!! ordered and ate inside. Then placed a order to go. There were 5 people behind me that were eating inside. The worker put my roast beef sandwich in a bag then went to the freezer to get some fries because there were none made. So the whole time my sandwich was sitting there while the fries were cooking. Now my sandwich is getting cold and by the time I get it home it will be really cold. I said something to the person about how I hoped my sandwich would still warm when I got home. She looked at me and handed me the bag while the other customers who were eating in received hot fresh sandwiches. I will be a long time before I go back there!
