Mrs. Karla was so patient with our family and explained everything to us that we understood. My cousin was so young and we did not expect him to leave this earth in the way that he did.

She did not harass us for money she was very patient. Time has gone by but I will never forget how Mrs. Karla treated us. She never met us before but she treated us like family...better than family.

I also want to respond to the person that commented about they are money hungry. Our experience differed so much, I have never heard anyone say anything bad about the Martins until I read your comment. In our experience, before anything is done, we had to approve of the cost. We did have to pay the cemetery separately about $2000 because she does not own or work for the cemetery and she told us that up front. I had one relative get confused about that but she explained it to us. The cemetery charges for a plot and opening and closing of the vault which runs about $2,000 or more. Maybe thats what you are mad about. My uncle did the same thing and forgot about the cemetery charges. The cemetery called our family about the cemetery charges, not the funeral home.
