They have both national and international experience in the search business and have previously worked for large nationwide search firms. With the departure of David Perkins in 1995 to a company in Maine, Gary Hough assumed overall responsibility for the continued operation of the company. Gary has been conducting executive search for over twenty years, nine of those years as part of a prominent national firm headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio. He opened and managed an office for them in Boston before starting his own company over sixteen years ago. Holden Associates, Inc serves the merchandising arena which includes display companies, brands or consumer product companies and retailers. We have established a network of respected contacts around the country. Searches completed by Holden Associates, Inc include management and key contributors in the areas of sales, marketing, design, engineering, project management and production.
