Affordable Home Improvements is the best home improvement company we've ever used. If we could give it ten stars we would. We have had disasters with other contractors we've used, installing windows, kitchen remodeling, bathroom modeling, and so were slightly wary with having to install new windows throughout the house. However, Bob is the consummate professional, friendly and his word is his bond. The window installer, Peter, is old school and his attention to detail, cleanliness, and exceptional work was amazing. Also, the workers show up early and finish well ahead of schedule. The windows themselves are gorgeous too and the trim around the front windows is the envy of the block. I have known Bob since 2006 when I had 16 windows installed, vinyl siding, the works.Never was there an issue with the installation or quality. The carpenters and installers were extremely knowledgeable of their responsibilities. The carpenters actually created a bow window with four windows, each with a triple pane. The remaining windows of my home had double pane windows. In addition vinyl siding was added to the front of my home, simply beautiful. All reported for work by 7:15am each morning and they did not stop work until late afternoon. The staff was so friendly and polite. I was very satisfied with everyone. Oh, in 2006, Bob and crew also completed replacing 16 windows and vinyl siding for my other home. I was simply blessed when I chose Bob and crew. I am so thankful and appreciative to Bob for his understanding of my needs, his patience in my many questions, (smile) and his warm and caring customer service, that is rare these days. Great Job!! I can be honest and tell you that being a cop in the city it takes alot for me to put my trust into people. From the minute I met Robert, he gave me the right vibe. I entrusted him and his employees to replace and install custom windows and replace my siding. They did fantastic work. Not to knock anyone who is young and in the labor business, but Robert's employees clearly gave the impression of experience laborers with over 20 yrs of experience. Robert kept in contact with us regarding the site work and quickly responded to any questions we had. I highly recommend them and will call on them to replace my doors in the future.

In 2007, Affordable completely resided my three story home & installed sliding patio doors. The workmanship & quality were, & remain, top notch! Working in frigid weather, the crew never left a mess at the end of a day. Bob, the owner, kept me appraised of all scheduling, etc. The extra care they took, in every detail, was amazing. Custom matching paint for my alarm sirens, electrical outlet boxes, etc. - so that they would blend in with the siding - was just one of the finishing touches. Why am I posting this today? To make a long story short: Had my satellite TV upgraded, which necessitated working under the siding. Rather than take any chances, I called Affordable to ensure proper replacement of the siding. Call placed, service call made, siding restored to pristine condition - - and still Affordable! KUDOS!! You cannot find a better contractor!
