They don't deserve the one star. I have been a tenant for 3 years and during this time I have repeatedly attempted to have a service person come to the residency to fix plumbing problems due to an old plumbing system as well as exterior wood problems that could led to termites. I refuse to be responsible for issues that obviously should part of regular inspections. I just know that I will not get the security deposit back because I am sure they will blame me for whatever they find wrong. Do not lease from these people.

That is exactly how I feel. They don't listen, don't respond, and don't work on time. I tried to get out of the agreement with them ASAP. There are too many unprofessional workers. I waited too long...but never get better. I hope we will get a better service for the money we pay for their service.

For those who are looking to rent a property in this area please do not go through Keller Williams. We thought that this was going to be a more simple and better experience, we were confident that having to deal with a well known property management would give us piece of mind when it came to maintenance. We were very wrong. My husband and I are honest people, we were tenants at one of their properties and it has been a nightmare, the first month we found so many safety and faults at this house we reported it by giving them a call maintenance never called us back I emailed the woman in charge of our lease and all she said was I'm sorry that department is going through some changes that is probably why no one has called you back. I have been living in my appartment for 4 months and I have yet to get them to do anything I have asked. The lock box for the key is still on the door after nemerous attempts to get it off. The air conditioning isn't able to keep the house cool. It just slowly gets hot every day. Unless you go into the office you will not be able to contact them ever.Even when you do they will not do anything you ask of them. If you are looking to rent stay away from anyplace ran by Preferred Property Management or the parent company Keller Williams. Since I am a current resident I need to submit anonymously.
