I went to this lab since I was going over 15 years. Staff was very rude. I had a two (2) hour wait. They told me that walk-ins had a longer wait than appointments, but after an hour and a half (1 1/2 hours) , they still hadn't put my name in their computer and returned my identification information. They basically told me I had to wait til the waiting room was empty before they would do my simple blood test. YOUR MOTO SAYS "CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL TIMES (or something to that)", but I could not see this great CUSTOMER SERVICE>

I have gone to this location many times. They are always crowded and the check-in staff are usually rude and unhelpful. I thought that maybe if I made an appointment it would help. An hour after my appointment time I was finally called back. This week it was time for more blood work. I went ahead and made another appointment hoping it would at least help a littleI walked in and they were crowded, but I was greeted warmly and they were only 3 minutes late on the appointment. Maybe it was a fluke; but I spoke with one of my co-workers about the experience and she said that the last few times she has had to go they have been more pleasant to deal with. Hopefully, they stick with what seems to be a new years resolution???

I had a great experience at this Labcorp. I've been to a few others and this one was certainly the cleanest and the friendliest. I'm really not sure what these other people are talking about... I would certainly go back to this location.

Very small waiting room, usually crowded. I go here only because MDIPA/UHC doesn't pay for Quest (which happens to be located at my Primary Care Dr's office). The process is not well advertised. You have to sign in and sit. Do not give paperwork until they call your name, then give paperwork and sit again until the tech calls your name. It's hard to hear when they call your name because it's noisy and they just say it, not loud, no speaker system, they just say it and expect you to hear it over the noise. Have always been treated well by the phlebotomy tech, even the part timer who hated his job. They are in no hurry, an appointment will get you nowhere. I've seen a guy come in and wait for a bunch of people to go ahead of him.... and he had the appointment.
I have been going to this Lab only because my doctor sent me there and I have to say my experience have been terrible. Long waits, unproper explanation of required pre test procedures, rude telephone service, rude desk service, you name it. Right now I have been put on hold 10 minutes ago in the middle of the conversation, with no warnings, with the "Wait One Second" tecnique. I am still holding just to get the name of the employee and post it here. Here we go, her name is Rhonda.
