Worst place to do business. Took my wifes engagement ring in to get a prong fixed because it was bent. They reassured me that they would fix it and that the would make sure the rest of the ring was structurally sound.. 3 days layer we lost a diamond. Went back after realizing that a portion of the ring had been melted and caused the diamond fell out and the woman refused to help. As important as this ring is to my wife and I, they had no consideration for it whatsoever. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS.

I called this establishment this morning based on the ratings I found on SuperPages. All of the customer comments on SuperPages were completely accurate. I was welcomed with a smile, and the staff was eager to make me happy and comfortable. They even made me feel better about being completely OCD about my jewelry. I had my engagement ring adjusted, cleaned and polished. They did a PHENOMENAL job resetting my beautiful diamond and practically restructuring my battered platinum setting. I'm thrilled with their work - the ring looks brand new. Also, the prices seemed very reasonable. Thanks for the reviews to everyone who came to SuperPages before me, and thanks to Greenan Jewelers for the fantastic work and customer service they provided me today. ~Megan

No selection at all in the store. Could not find what I was looking for and the staff was not helpful at all. Will not be returning.

first time visitor after getting a thumbs up from a coworker..everything is true this store is very welcoming....i was greeted when I walked in and did not mind waiting to be helped since it was obvious good news travels. The extended hours and truly personal service has won me over too. Hard to find that in this day and age. Nice shopping center with ample parking

Looks like Eddie made a smart move in opening his own place. The old shopping center was a dump, the one now is very nice. Upkeep is good, parking very accessible, no beggers hanging about.We wish Eddie the best, he is a great kid and has a wonderful family.

well i haven't been to the store yet, but i remember eddie from the other store where Walter works, omg Walter will drive you crazy with all his chatter. i always dealt with Eddie so im glad he has his own store. Eddie was always customer svc friendly so i will be going there

I was very pleased to find this jewelry store. Everyone is indeed friendly, the store had a very comfortable feel....never felt pressured at all.

I am very pleased to find Eddie at his store and was relieved NOT to see the older fella who talked too much that worked with him before. The store is serene and welcoming. The staff is delightful, and the expanded showroom made it easy for me to navigate.

I am so very glad that I found Eddies' store. His advertising certainly paid off! It is a lovely store, bright, cheery with beautfiul displays. The shopping center is well cared for and it is as always a real pleasure to have such a wonderful young man assist me.

What a lovely store in such a nice shopping center. The staff is friendly and hospitable. A young man Jack helped me with my watch repair and I was most happy. At my age I can appreciate a store that treats its senior customers with respect and patience. I know that I am not as quick as I was in younger years but I never feel rushed there. They really make you feel welcome.

My lady friends and I are pleased with the level of service we recieve from Eddie and his staff. We live at Greenspring now and are pleased that our community bus brings us right to the shopping center. We did not know Eddie at his prior store as that was not in a good area but since meeting him in October we have stopped in many times.Always a smile, willing to go the extra step to make sure we are satisfied. He is a true delight!!

My husband and I laugh with delight when we see how well Eddie is doing at his new store. It is almost ironic that the more successful he is the more bitter Walter is.......maybe that is because the free ride stopped once Eddie left. Everyone knew who was in charge in the store. We would dread when Walter would come up to help us. He was unprofessional in appearance, and when he spoke it was never about business. Walter may consider his store the original Greenans but when Jack died and left Walter there the "original Greenans died too". It takes more than a name to make it today it takes committment, service and putting the cutomer first...traits that are truly lacking in many places today. Gee that other posting person is very misguided. Any single customer who has ever walked into the old store knew who ran the show..it was Eddie all the way. I sincerely do not now HOW he managed all the years babysitting Walter. The incessant rambling about nothing, and at times taking an ugly tone...especially about when his wife left him was almost unbearable to hear. I am so glad that Eddie finally opened up his own store there is no one nicer, more honest and more sincere than that young man I wish him many, many years of success. He is not trying to be anyone other than who he is a good, fine business man and anyone saying otherwise is just plain sour grapes...and at 76 years young I can say that!!

Anyone who has shopped at John greenan and sons KNOWS that all Walter talks about are his life issues as well as his familys'. He is not a business man in any state of the word. he has no follow through, and rambles on incessantly. Whenever he was there we did not go in, who wants to hear again about his "miserable divorce" or "his son with the drug addicition problem filing for forclosure on his house"......as a customer I am interested in getting my jewelry repaired, purchasing more items, NOT interested in the drama that has marred his tenure at that store. With a choice I would prefer to shop with Eddie and from a recent visit there I can see that I am not alone.....so if you want yappy yap go visit the other store...if you want professionalism see Eddie.

I FOUND HIM!! I FOUND HIM!! I FOUND HIM!! Eddie has been my jeweler for nearly 20 years and I was ever thrilled to discover him in the upscale shopping center near Trader Joes!!! My Daughter and sons have shopped with him, and I just brought my nephew in who is getting engaged. What a pleasure to deal with someone who cares about the customer...he remembered me, asked about my extended family and as always treated me kindly. I think very highly of this young man and pray for his success!!
