Provided by YP.comShe can never retire! My dog is so well taken care of for everything. For just his yearly visits and more so when he recently had to have dental surgery. The staff is great and also very helpful. Melissa explains every thing in detail so you understand what is going on with my dog. I have no desire to ever go anywhere else.

Provided by YP.comI wish I could give no starts. DO NOT USE FOR DOBERMAN CROPPING! I want everyone to learn from my mistake.Staff was rude and talked to me like I was an idiot. I should have stopped there but the vet seemed to be knowledgeable. After the surgery, her ears looked horrible, they gave no after care paperwork. We were told to leave her ears posted and wrapped. We called multiple times for help on after care. We finally took wrapping off and her ears were severely infected. I tried, my husband and my mom called her everyday to make appt and we were told the vet was too busy to talk to us and see us. We tried to make an appt and were instructed the vet would call us to schedule and appt. We finally took our doberman to our local vet and he helped us heal the ears. We learn the cropping was done wrong and the cartilage was now balling together and needed another surgery to correct the first surgery. We again tried to call vet to explain and again she would not call us back.

Provided by YP.comI found Dr. Smith and staff to be very professional, very well informed on the most current small animal problems and very helpful when consulted by phone. She is inundated with patients which can take time to work through. Her staff is very busy trying to answer the phone, relay messages, dispense pharmacy, and settle payments. I wish more Vets were as good as she is.

Provided by YPmobileIf you are searching for a vet for your pet and saving a dollar over service is your primary goal this may be the place for you. However if your pets care and your time is more important than saving a buck avoid this place at all costs. Although Melissa is knowledgeable her staff is rude and beyond unprofessional. Her staffs shortcomings results in an overbooked waiting room and wait times reaching two hours last appointment times. If you have an emergency need for something like euthanasia, you can be put off for days. A horrific experience for not only the pet but their guardian as well. Sometimes there are things which are more important than finding the cheapest possible source.
