Great customer service. I accidently doubled my order and the 800 number was really tied up. I simply called the store and they took care of it immediately.

I'm out of state and ordered an arrangement for my mom for Mother's Day. I requested Friday delivery even though Mother's Day is Sunday so that she could be surprised at work. I also requested morning delivery to ensure it would arrive in time for her to enjoy it. I called at 2:30pm when she had still not received her arrangement as she would be leaving work in 2 hours. They assured me that she would receive it on time. 10 minutes before she would be leaving they had still not delivered it even after I was assured. They then called her and made her wait 15 minutes after her shift for them to get there. The surprise was ruined and she was late for the plans she had after work. I will not be sending an arrangement through them again!
