      I was involved in a major auto accident in September of 2009. I sustained injuries to my back, neck and shoulder. I called Pain Management and they scheduled me for an immediate appointment. I was evaluated by the doctor and began a rehabilitation program. I received excellent care at Pain Management and will recommend their services to anyone who needs them.
