The girls at this tanning salon are very friendly. Their always willing to spend their time with you. Ive never had to wait for a bed. They make you feel at home and have gotten to know me by first name basis. Their salon is also the cleanest salon I've ever been to before here. At my previous salon I burned badly and they never told me about new bulbs here they tell me everytime and are VERY helpful ! I would recomend this salon to anyone!

I have been to a number of salons all over town and I have never gotten any color from them! When I tanned at Sundown i noticed color right when i walked out of the salon!

The staff was very helpful, they spent a great amount of time with me to go over each bed and lotions. I went to other salons before and the girls were very rude and unhelpful this salon actully took the time to make me feel comfortable. At one time i left my tiffanys necklace in the room and before i had even realized it the girls had called me back to tell me that I had left my jewerly there, ive heard of other salons stealing girls jewerly i wont use any other salon in town!

Always very helpful and nice! Never have to wait for beds! Beds always available even in busy season!

Disappointing regarding service, customer satisfaction and hygiene.

What they don't tell you is that they will hold a bed or booth for someone who isn't even in the building. They let people sign in and then go shopping or run errands, holding their place in line and making you wait, even though there are no other customers waiting. It is clean, but don't be in a hurry when you go there. I called the owner to complain and ask for a refund for the minutes remaining on my account and she said that wasn't going to happen. I asked what results a complaint to the Better Business Bureau would have and she said to go ahead with it and that they wouldn't do anything. Then she said she was finished talking to me and hung up before I could respond. I wish they had told me about this practice. I don't mind waiting for someone to finish tanning, but I don't want to wait for someone who isn't even there. That is not my idea of a walk-in service.
