I had an appoint.for my 5 y/o at 11:45 and arrived 11:35. I was not seen until 12:15. No one explained or apologized for delay. In fact, I am pretty sure they were at lunch as after they handed me the clipboard to fill in their was no one in the office for the next 40 mins. They spent all of about 5 minutes looking at his teeth. The took xr-ays, but only of the bottoms. Then without explanation regarding what they found, how many spots of decay, etc. they took me into a side office and started discussing their plan to cap his molars with surgical steel. When I asked about the uppers (they didnt x-ray) they said, they'd decide when they were in there. What? When I asked for them to explain why this was warrented, they only said, they are a no retraint facility and would only do this procedure under anesthesia. That was not what I was asking, I wanted to know more about his teeth, not the procedure. Oh and this would only cost me 4,000
