We moved our bowling league here from another location. The owners, and staff have been very helpful in making it a smooth and happy transition. We are very happy with the way things that have gone and all that Bumpers has done for us. Thank you!! Darryl

Worst establishment ever. Customer service was horrible. The staff tried fist fighting customers out of the establishment. Worst experience EVER

My family and I went to bumpers on Sunday 7/21/13. We had a groupon coupon which most outfits are tired of seeing. The staff was great. Very polite and attentive just could not do enough for us. They had smiles on their faces and I could see that they treated everyone that way.Hopefully this is how all your staff is certainly made it a fun afternoon. Good job team. I hope your employer shares this with you. The facility is what it is but nice to have it all under one roof and local. Certainly could use an update but that is secondary

Some friends and I checked out the new Bumpers in the valley, it was pretty quiet since not too many people have realized yet that they moved there from their old location that was in the northtown mall. We all had an amazing time here! The new building is HUGE and so so so nice inside! Everything is set up separetly where if you are in playing arcade games, you would never know that there is bowling right outside the door. And if you are in the bar/restaurant area, who would have ever guessed that right around the corner is miniature golf? I loved that everything was new and clean and put together very well. The drinks were AMAZING, and the spinach artichoke dip was to die for (if you love cheese, this is so for you!). But honestly, what made our experience the best was the staff. One of the owners that was there, Brad, was soooo sweet and very accommodating. (though I didn't taste any of the drinks he made, my friends were raving about how yummy they were). thank you!!
