I have experienced the services of Caretree Healthcare for around 3 years, my Grandmother was a client. I cannot imagine a worse, more frustrating experience than working with this service. Not only is the management at Caretree entirely unprofessional, there is also zero communication between the management and my family. I cannot express how disappointed I am during such a difficult time with my family. We would expect everything to run smooothly and for the staff and management to express compassion and understanding towards my grandmother and family during this trying time
