General Info

With over 25 years extensive professional training and experience as a Masters level psychotherapist, certified massage therapist and certified energy work practitioner, I am uniquely qualified in the field of personal growth and have guided families, couples and individuals with a wide variety of issues. I have instructed classes and led numerous workshops in the areas of physical and mental health. Clients have received my assistance with weight loss, eating disorders, pain management and issues related to chronic illness. I have also helped people overcome their anxiety, depression, improve communication skills and self-esteem, as well as develop anger management strategies. I am the proud mother of three grown children, have survived cancer, divorce, and job loss. I can honestly say I have “walked my talk” and find great satisfaction in sharing the vital lessons life has taught me.
