There have been a lot of improvements in the past year! It just keeps getting better and better! The tiny tiger classes are perfect for my 4 year old and have helped him focus and learn respect and curtesy. I am enjoying the adult classes and sparring classes! Along with learning self defense with a martial art I have improved my balance and flexibility and have lost about 26 pounds! We have grown individually and closer as a family since joining. The tournaments have boosted our confidence immensely! Thank you Mr. Adams and Mr. Stafford for all your hard work in teaching and helping us improve ourselves!
