I hated this company. I now have another that checks in on my supply needs and gives more options. There were actually no options. They sat me in a room and handed me supplies.

I will never ever use these people again. Spent numerous hours on the phone with no help whatsoever. All you ever get is call centers and transferred from person to person but you have to keep going through the main menu choices with each transfer. It's easier to get through to the IRS. Very disappointed, annoyed and frustrating. No help was offered, no suggestions for help given. I wouldn't even give this company one star. Completely impersonal and utter waste of time and effort. They don't deserve the 1 star I had to give.
