I was waiting for a very important/crucial letter. Driver DID NOT ring bell. I happened to look out the window and see him getting in his van. I ran downstairs, opened the door and yelled at him to stop. He looked at me and drove away! Checked status online, kept saying attempted to deliver to a UPS Access Point 3 times. These access points are electronic and operational 24/7. No reason listed anywhere why the driver failed to deliver 3 times. Called up to complain, I NEED my letter! Made arrangements to pick up tonight at this facility. Was told that I will be contacted within the hour by a rep to confirm. Waiting by the phone with all of my reception bars full. Check online and a lie is posted saying "We've attempted to contact the receiver", lies, lies, lies, they did not because I have been waiting and others have called me, so phone is working perfectly! Will update this after I attempt to pick up the letter. I don't have a good feeling about this though! How is this acceptable, honestly?

Poor job by them fixing issues. 4 times before and now again today I don't get packages delivered because "I requested delayed delivery". Seriously I've ordered it I paid shipping I want it now.
