My dad went to Southern Hearing Aid in Somerset,He purchase a new hearing aid which was not cheap and it quit working overnight,we made a trip back to somerset the next morning they replace the hearing aid and it last just 1 year,it quit working after 1 year so we travel back to somerset where we were told they would send the hearing aid off to have it fixed ,we get his hearing aid back and it worked a month and quit working again,I have questions about this being a new hearing aid,and if it is they must be made very cheap cause I would expect a new one to last long than a year,Needless to say I will not be taking my dad back to this place.
