- EndometriosisEndometriosis is a disorder where uterus tissue grows outside of the uterus walls. Some symptoms include back, abdominal, or pelvis pain, as well as, irregular menstruation. There are different levels of endometriosis – minimal, mild, moderate, or severe – and it is based off on the size of the lesions and how deeply they have affected other organs. There are many different ways to try and help treat endometriosis. Hormone treatments, heating pads, and surgery to remove tissue are a few of the ways to help treat endometriosis. If you are unsure whether you have endometriosis or what to be treated, contact our office so we can help.
