      The Gardens on Catlin Creek is a banquet facility featuring a 1860s-style Victorian manor house and more than 5-acres of surrounding garden areas. The facility provides a venue for hosting various events, such as wedding ceremonies, cocktail receptions, small group workshops and photographic sessions. It accommodates more than 200 seated guests with an additional cocktail area for larger parties. Various wedding menus are available, including the manor, paramount and royal packages. Its menus include various dishes, such as grilled chicken with artichokes and sun-dried tomatoes, herb-roasted loin of pork, slices London broil with red wine and mushroom sauce, seafood stuffed fillet of sole, poached fillet of salmon with Champagne sauce, penne primavera with garlic sauce and seafood Newburg in puff pastry. It also offers various desserts, such as chocolate mousse, rice pudding, brownies sundae, and seasonal fruit and coconut custard pies. The Gardens on Catlin Creek is located in Slate Hill, N.Y.
