Very unhappy with the last dentist I saw, I had no idea who to turn to when I broke a molar three days ago. From the first call seeking treatment, to walking into Silverdale Smiles Dentistry and being welcomed by a very kind receptionist, to the seating of a perfectly fitted crown, manufactured onsite while I waited, this was the best experience that I have ever had at any dental practice.
I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Melberg. He took the time to get to know me; listen to my concerns, expectations and discuss a comprehensive treatment plan, not just for this issue, but also my long-term dental needs. He, and everyone at the clinic, were incredibly kind, thoughtful, cheery and respectful. They are an exceptional team.
The clinic itself is just as amazing. Bright, welcoming and equipped with all the latest technology. All x-rays and impressions are digital. It matters to me that they care about sustainability and about pairing with clean water charities. Having treatment completed in one office visit was phenomenal; especially with my busy schedule. Finding the right financing option, usually a painful exercise, was easy with the help of Joe, the Office Manager.
