Purchased a bedroom set staff was very helpfull delivery was on time and very professional. When we entered the store we thought they didnot have any bedroom sets the slaes per overheard us and directed us to the proper section. Very happy with the whole experirence. I would recommend Discount Furniture to anyone.

I was looking for furniture and read the reviews for Discount Furniture. there was one good one and the others were bad, but there are no other furniture stores in sierra vista, unless you want used. I went in and everyone was very helpful and friendly. I was able to furnish my whole house at a price I could afford and had my delivery within a couple of days. I am very please with this company and all my furniture. Just goes to show you it is always better to check something out for your self then take the word of others.

I dont know what they are thinking over there if I was that rude to everyone I would of been beatin by my family never will I go back there ever p.s the savings are not worth the headace you and every body before has endured !!!!

never go there i was made to feel like i was a problem as soon as i walked in i ordered a chair and when it came in every thing went south the rude girl was abusive to me and my wife and then would not refund my money so i went to another furniture store in town and was treated like a person so i will shop there from now on the one star they got was not deserved the only one there that was nice was the mechanical guy out front

I was prepared to purchase a bedroom set and an entertainment set, totaling over $2300, when the office manager began to be very hostile toward my husband and I. I ended up asking for a refund back because of the lack of customer service. First, they totaled my purchase wrong and then gave me a hard time because she had to redo the invoice. Saying that the military was ungrateful and that the military doesn't deserve to receive a discount. After crediting my credit card she throw the receipt at me. I don't recommend this store to anyone. Customer Service should be there number 1 priority and its not. Making the sell is more important. This establishment doesn't deserve the star I had to give them.

We bought a bed for our daughter from them. The bed busted during the first week throwing our daughter to the floor. Because we had painted it, the owner would not give us a refund. He also refused to give us the manufacturer's address. The best they would do is an offer to "jury rig" the bed. This is a shady business with a dishonest owner.

"Tony" made a somewhat rude comment over the phone when I inquired about delivery time on delivery day.

Simply take them the style and model # you want, and they'll get it for you, at a fraction of a cost. And-Delivery is always free! I won't buy furniture anywhere else!
