General Info: Ashley Winblad, APRN-C, has dedicated her practice to helping you and your family live your healthiest possible life. She truly enjoys getting to know each person as an individual, watching them grow and helping them heal or achieve health. Ashley earned her advanced practice nursing degree from the University of Kansas and is available to see patients of all ages. She has a special interest in motivating patients to overcome obesity and is pursuing doctoral work and research in obesity management. Although change is more challenging for some than others, Ashley believes all people can achieve a healthier weight. She treats each patient's whole health knowing that any new lifestyle approach requires personal commitment and family support. With a passion for fun and adventure, Ashley enjoys spending time with her husband and three boys traveling, exploring the outdoors, snow-skiing, water-skiing and watching just about any sport. She loves reading, baking, exercising, researching healthy eating practices, time with friends and a good cup of coffee.
