      returning my mail as undeliverable

      Everything little thing that crops up this carrier and post office has stopped delivering and returns my mail to senders causing catastrophic results, AND THE CARRIER KNOWS IT! I've had my utilities cut off because of the mail being returned. I and my daughters have had checking accts frozen due to statements being returned. My handicapped daughter had her disability check STOPPED due to a letter being returned as undeliverable. THIS IS NOT A SERVICE POST OFFICE! THIS IS A "HOW CAN I GET OUT OF SERVICE" POST OFFICE!!
