      Manu Alfau opened Manu's Bodega in December 2013 inspired by his Dominican roots and Latin flavors. Manu's Bodega opened to wide acclaim, particularly for its puerco asado sandwich, a signature roast pork sandwich topped with house-made chimichurri, pickled onions, and cabbage.
