We ordered a bouquet for my mother for Valentine's Day. She had lost her husband last year and we wanted to make sure her tradition of always receiving red roses on Valentine's Day was kept in tact.When the flowers did not arrive at 7:30 Valentine's Day, we called to check on what the problem was. We were told they would arrive by 10:00 p.m. that night. Very late for an elderly woman to be staying up, not to mention to be allowing a stranger into her home, but nevertheless we told her to please stay up that late to get her surprise. Imagine our surprise when she called us at 10:00 saying nothing had arrived. We call the next day and they said they were sorry and they would arrive that day. At 6:00, we call saying STILL NO FLOWERS. They told us the flowers would be there by 8:00 that night, and we told them if not to cancel. At 8:00 we called and she still had no flowers. Two days now that our mother had stayed at home waiting on flowers that never showed up. DO NOT USE THEM!

Ordered flowers for valentine's Day. Receipt specifically shows delivery for 2/14. Flowers did not arrive until 2/16. The lady who delivered the flowers then had the audacity to tell the recipient that we had told them it was fine to deliver the flowers 2/15 or 2/16. I faxed the recipient the actual confirmation (thank god I saved it!) so they knew we had ordered the flowers for Valentine's. We are warning folks to please stay away from this florist - there are several others in town that will actually make sure your flower order gets delivered on time. The customer service from Searcy Florist is just a joke and they obviously do not care about trying to satisfy their customers. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!
