Very clean gym, very friendly, capable instructors. Owner works hard to keep place immaculate, however, the women's locker room has NO bathroom in it. Closest is in the workout area. The day staff at the desk really look as though they would rather be anywhere but there. The parking lot in the winter is not well kept - icy mogul field cutting back on the number spaces making it difficult to get to a class when they are back to back. You need to wait until the first class leaves before you can park and then you miss the beginning of your class. If you park in a "no parking" space the staff will call the police to ticket you while you are in class and then tell you that if the parking isn't adequate for you, you may complain to the owners of the building. Sorry to say that after being a member since before the current owner took over (at least 20 years) they actually asked me to leave because I posted a review they didn't like!

Wonderful gym for the money, very clean, fabulous classes and great equipment. Trainers available and some are excellent. However, the staff , NOT the owner is not friendly. They act as if it is the last place they want to be. Winter is hard, the parking lot is not taking care of and if you need to take a class that is after another you may not have a space to park - beware - instead of asking the owners of the place to take care of the parking lot they will call the police to ticket your car! Nothing like throwing the members under the bus. As I said, its too bad as the place is one of the nicest facilities in the area.
